We are pleased to introduce our new Patient Portal. The Patient Portal provides the opportunity for all patients of the OnSite Care at Mountain Point Medical Center to schedule appointments on-line, communicate directly with the clinic and have more access to your confidential healthcare records. The portal is operated through OnSite's secure server assuring all information is protected.
First time portal users must first register to gain access to the portal and to the new online appointment scheduling system. Once you have registered, you will receive an email within 24 hours providing you with your user name and initial password. Registrations that are completed after regular business hours or on a weekend will be processed the next business day.
You are only required to complete the registration process one time. Once you are a registered portal user, and you have received your username and password, you may login to the portal directly from that point forward.
Even if you have been a patient of the clinic in the past but are a first time portal user, you need to register in order for you to gain access to the portal.
The Patient Portal is an optional feature. You are not required to register for the Portal. If for some reason you do not want electronic access to your healthcare information and the online scheduling feature, you may call the clinic for an appointment or simply walk in (and we will meet with you as soon as office time is available).
